The Go-Ahead Group plc is a publicly listed provider of passenger transport in the UK, with over one billion journeys made on its bus and train services each year. David is the Business Unit Director and General Manager for Go Ahead Retail Services. He runs Go Ahead’s division which is focused on supporting clients to optimise their transport and transit retailing especially around the design and delivery of new technology; he has a background in Consulting, IT and Human Resource Management within the transit, logistics and rail sectors, working and extensively across Asia and the US. He joined Go Ahead, after returning from Malaysia, five years ago to develop their Retailing Division and was responsible for setting up their successful online ticketing business On Track Retail delivering 65,000 new customer registrations per month.
